Irene's Graham Wafer Rolls
Ingredients
2 ½ cups crushed graham wafers
20 marshmallows (sm. Colored or cut up lg. White ones)
½ cup coconut
½ cup mixed cherries
1 cup Eagle Brand milk
½ cup nuts (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Divide mixture into 3 balls.
Roll each ball in Graham wafer crumbs (1/2 cup for 3 balls).
Wrap each roll in wax paper and freeze.
Cuts easiest when partly frozen.
