Speedy Salmon Patties
1 can (12oz. or 14 3/4oz.) salmon, drained
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 egg
5 saltines, crushed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. butter or margarine
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients (all except butter);
mix well. Shape into six patties. In a skillet,
fry patties in butter over medium heat for
3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through.
Yeild: 3 servings (of 2 patties each).
